Nothing at all — we bring everything needed, including the massage chair, sanitised equipment, and any other materials required. All you need to provide is a small private space (such as a meeting room) where the therapist can work comfortably.

Each session typically lasts around 15 minutes per person. This duration fits well into the workday and provides noticeable stress relief without disrupting productivity.

Through this structure, we can provide up to 4 massages per hour — so, for a standard 2-hour booking, up to 8 employees can enjoy a session. We’re happy to adapt to your schedule and team size.

No preparation is required. Our massages are performed fully clothed, and employees simply take a short break from their workday to relax and recharge.

Absolutely. Many of our clients start with a trial session before moving to a weekly or monthly plan. It’s a great way to experience the benefits first-hand.
